Clint Rhoden
Clint joined Fingo in April 2023 where he is focusing on supporting social sector enterprise systems. He joins us from a 22-year career with the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ATRS) in the US. Initially, Clint was the Lead Software Architect for ATRS, Clint’s deep knowledge of the system and his leadership ability resulted with the board unanimously selecting him as the Executive Director in 2018. As the Executive Director, he led a team of approximately 80 people with an asset base of approximately $20 billion (USD), supporting teachers with their retirement and pension.
In addition to his leadership capability, Clint has a passion for solving technical problems and loves learning about new domains. Prior to ATRS, Clint provided consulting services for numerous organisations in the US and also worked for IBM/Global Computer Associates (US).
Clint has an interest in law and completed a Juris Doctorate in addition to his IT qualifications.
Outside of work, Clint is a keen outdoorsman and has an interest in flying aircraft. He is most excited about establishing life with his family in Aotearoa New Zealand.
