Position: Service Lead

David is the Service Lead for Fingo’s BAU Support team, with more than thirty years’ experience in the IT sector. He has worked, for the most part, with Fingo since 2008, predominantly as a Lead Business Analyst within IT project / software development domains. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad range of skills and experience and has proven himself capable of succeeding in a wide variety of roles at strategic and operational levels.

David has spent much of his career supporting the social sector through engagements with Oranga Tamariki, CYF, and MSD. In these environments he has provided leadership for both internal and external stakeholders, largely in an analysis capacity. He has worked across the SDLC as a developer, tester, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst and Development Manager for organisations such as Corrections, NZ Health Information Service, NZ Post, and the former Department of Labour. In particular, he has considerable experience, and proven success, operating as a business side BA as well as an IT BA with strengths in requirements gathering and data analysis and migration.

David is motivated to serve and to achieve tangible results for his clients. He is highly respected by clients and colleagues alike.
